Muraqaba Ka Tareeqa: Hamare haan aik dusre se agey barh jane aur kamyabi aur nakami ke tasawar ne is qadar jar pakar li hai ke ab hum khushi ke asal meaning bhula kar isi kamyabi aur nakami ko khushi samajhne lagey hain. Ye dor yani khushi ke husool ki koshish ne na sirf hum se hamara waqt cheen liya hai yani hum apni marzi se waqt istemal nahin kar sakte balkeh ye hamare liye shadeed zehni aur jismani dabao ka baes ban rahi hai. Isi dabao se nijat ka aik behtareeb zariya muraqaba hai.

Aisa karne ka result ye hota hai ke us ka zehan munazam ho jata hai aur us se na sirf mutalqa shakhs ko zehni sakoon hasil hota hai balkeh wo aisi halat mein ajata hai ke khuch hasil kar sakay.
